About the Job

As a Technical Support Specialist at BSI Companies, your main responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service and technical support to our clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Your duties will involve:

  • Answering customer queries via phone, email, and webchat, delivering swift and effective solutions.
  • Offering expert assistance for our online platforms and Subscribing Membership, addressing complex issues and providing suitable alternatives.
  • Ensuring seamless customer interactions by taking ownership of end-to-end service.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with our online platforms, partnering with second-line support when necessary.
  • Handling credit card payments for BSI products and services.
  • Communicating feedback to relevant departments to drive product enhancements.
  • Recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, transferring leads to the sales team.
  • Assisting with systems testing outside core working hours as required.
  • Working collaboratively to achieve departmental objectives and targets within the Customer Experience team.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £25,000-£30,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
