About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced HR professional to provide advice and support across various people processes, including system administration, reporting, and reward management. The role requires a high level of organisation and teamwork, with excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Description:The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for providing ER advice in line with company values, delivering short ER-focused training sessions for management, contributing to policy reviews and creating/upholding people policies, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee experience and embed company values, addressing internal HR queries, offering professional, confidential support across employee relations, terms and conditions, and policies, assisting in projects including TUPE, transformation initiatives, and employer branding, managing family-friendly matters, flexible working requests, absence, and occupational health referrals, supporting the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to departure, ensuring HR systems are accurate and employee records maintained, implementing People calendar events, such as pay reviews and appraisals, ensuring consistency and excellence, and contributing to people-related aspects of business transformation projects.
Requirements:- CIPD qualified or working towards it, with generalist HR experience.
- Experience in a multi-site retailer is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
