Job Title: Security Services Business Development Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Security Services Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and selling tailored security services across the UK.
About the Company:
Our client is a dynamic and growing organization with a strong reputation in the Security services industry. They have a diverse range of clients across the UK, including Facilities Management companies, national heritage sites, schools, estates, and commercial clients.
What You Will Do:
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales strategy to drive new business and expand our client's market presence.
- Business Development: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry to identify new opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Client Acquisition: Sell tailored security services to new clients across the UK, meeting their specific needs and requirements.
What You Will Need:
- Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in the Fire & Security or Service sales sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and remotely, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
- Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission (OTE 100K), car allowance, and annual bonus (5-10%).
- Remote Work: 90% remote work with support from BDMs covering Scotland and Southeast England.
