Therapeutic Care Specialist

The Therapeutic Care Specialist will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people at Hargate Healthcare Ltd.
This challenging yet rewarding position involves contributing to the care plans and risk assessments of our residents, forming effective relationships with them, their families, and external agencies.
Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and tidy living environment, ensuring accurate records are kept, and promoting residential care work to high standards expected by Ofsted.
We are seeking a dedicated individual who can contribute to the educational and social development of each young person, assist in implementing Individual Education Programs, and meet their emotional and physical needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent, experience in a children's home setting, and supervisory experience. They must be able to work shift patterns including sleep ins and possess a full UK driving licence.
