Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Business Development Professional at Fitshop Group, you will be responsible for delivering personal sales targets and contributing to a successful sales team by sourcing new leads and reacting to multiple sales channels to ensure maximum conversion.

A focus on building commercial sales will be the priority, and you will be required to travel around the UK up to 50% of the time. A car and valid driving licence will be required.

Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure commercial sales targets are met and exceeded.
  2. Delivery of personal KPIs set out, selling our own brand products and maximising profit margins.
  3. Research and identify new commercial business opportunities.
  4. Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone and demonstrate/present new products.
  5. Manage all administration and processes of the sales process from lead generation to sales closure.
