We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our newly formed NTC-H Team at our purpose-built centre on the City's University Campus.

The ANP/ACP team will provide high-quality medical care for orthopaedic and ophthalmology patients on the ward and be the primary point of contact for medical emergencies across the site. We aim to develop the role further, offering opportunities for career growth, including contributing to the Intravitreal Injection Service within the Ophthalmology Outpatient Department. Additionally, there may be possibilities for rotation within Raigmore Hospital's acute services team.

The shift pattern consists of 12.5 hours, including days and nights, with weekends also covered. We offer annual learning and development time to support your core learning needs and can provide financial assistance to pursue core Masters-level qualifications if desired. Successful applicants will receive guidance from a Practice Development Nurse and a robust personal development plan.

To be eligible, you must have completed an NHS Highland-approved advanced clinical assessment and history-taking module at degree level and be registered as a non-medical prescriber (V300) with the NMC.

Full-time or part-time positions are available, with permanent, fixed-term, and secondment options considered. Please specify your preferred post and hours on application.

An attractive relocation package of up to £8,000 may be available to eligible successful candidates.

In terms of remuneration, we offer a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around £32,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
