Advanced Clinical Practitioner Team Lead

Raigmore Hospital's surgical team is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work in our acute adult ANP service. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care and support the deteriorating patient work-stream.
The successful candidate will work closely with a well-established service consisting of 25 qualified ANPs, trainee ANPs, and Assistant Practitioners. Our service covers hospital at night, general surgery, trauma + orthopaedics, and medicine including ambulatory emergency care.
As a core member of the cardiac arrest team and onsite Medical Emergency Team, you will have opportunities for leadership, teaching, quality improvement, and audit. This role requires working a combination of long and short shifts across 7 days, including weekends.
We estimate that the annual salary for this position is around £52,000 - £62,000, depending on experience and location. Full or part-time hours are available on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with secondments considered.
