Nursing Job Description:
This full-time/part-time/bank Registered Nurse position involves providing expert care and support to residents at Daviot Care Home. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and services that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
- Responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the shift
- Continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs to implement a person-centred care plan
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with the NMC (RGN)
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks
