We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to fill our Children's Services Leadership Role. As a Residential Care Manager, you will play a key part in making a positive impact on the lives of children in our care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care, with experience leading and motivating a staff team. They will also hold a Level 3 in Children's Residential Childcare Qualification (or equivalent) and either hold or be committed to completing their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a company pension scheme, travel expenses, Blue Light Card discounts, and free on-site parking. Our estimated salary for this role is up to £43,908.80 p.a., based on an average of 40 hours per week.

In this role, you will work closely with the Home Manager to maintain a compliant, safe, and homely environment. You will also provide leadership, guidance, and support to the staff team, contributing to their recruitment, training, and development.

We require the successful candidate to be knowledgeable about legislation and Ofsted requirements, as well as being flexible and willing to go the extra mile.
