Job OverviewThis role is a key part of our sales team, reporting to the Customer Director. You will be responsible for leading the interface between General Mills UK and a strategically important retail partner, achieving company sales, share, and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop the growth of portfolio within this retail partner
- Drive high levels of customer intimacy and deliver financial and volume forecast accuracy on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Execute agreed promotional plans within defined investment budgets and continually refine by proactively identifying, evaluating, and implementing revenue management opportunities
- Develop and recommend account strategies and tactics to maximize sales and gross profit for both parties
- Experience managing different categories into the UK&I retailers across the grocery channel
- Strong influencing skills and commercial acumen, with proven experience of delivering results through working in cross-functional teams
- Confidence and ability to develop and present compelling sales presentations, and advanced forecasting and commercial modelling skills
