We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Trowbridge. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to vulnerable adults in a small residential unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to adults with sensory disabilities and learning disabilities
  • Assisting with daily activities, such as shopping and socializing
  • Working flexible hours, including days and waking nights

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months care experience
  • Ability to adapt to meet the needs of service users
  • Training and development opportunities available
