We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Trowbridge. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to vulnerable adults in a small residential unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to adults with sensory disabilities and learning disabilities
  • Assisting with daily plans, such as shopping, going for walks, and meeting friends
  • Working days or waking nights to meet the needs of the service users

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months' care experience
  • Ability to adapt to meet the needs of the service users
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and nights
