Job Title: Residential Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Trowbridge. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to vulnerable adults in a small residential unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Assist with activities such as shopping, going for walks, and socializing
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create and implement daily plans tailored to each service user's needs
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in care and support
  • Ability to work days or waking nights
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of service users
