About the Team

The Payroll team at Rapid7 consists of dedicated professionals focused on ensuring the company's global payrolls are processed accurately, compliantly, and per the established payroll calendars.

About the Role

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for providing data entry support for all Rapid7 payrolls globally.

In this role, you will:

  • Support Payroll Analysts globally with data entry for all payrolls.
  • Support Payroll Analysts globally as needed with various tasks, such as review of US State Tax Forms, P45s/Starter Checklists, and collecting New Hire supplemental information.
  • Prioritize payroll inputs according to the approved payroll calendars and deadlines to ensure compliance.
  • Support the US and Israel Time Card process.
  • Assist with responding to internal customers' inquiries within the assigned SLAs.

  • Entry-level payroll experience, with some exposure to a payroll environment being helpful.
  • A winning attitude with an eagerness to continue learning.
  • Entry-level Excel experience, with Google Suite being a plus.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • The ability to multitask and eagerness to enhance your time management skills.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, with bilingualism being a plus.
