About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Process Improvement Lead to join our team at Citigroup Global Markets Limited. This is a full-time position based in Belfast, with a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of new techniques and processes for the payroll area. They will work closely with the HR and Payroll operations organization to create, manage, and transform documentation of internal procedures and business requirements.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leadership and management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the development of new techniques and processes for the payroll area.
  • Create, manage, and transform documentation of internal procedures and business requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for payroll processes and procedures.
