About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to join our team as an Imaging Manager at Fulwood Hall Hospital. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving performance and shaping the future direction of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative imaging services that meet the needs of our patients and staff.
  • Lead a team of experienced Radiologists to deliver high-quality imaging services across general X-ray and theatre.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements within imaging.
  • Manage risk and audit processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement effective RIS/PACS management and IEP systems.
Requirements
  • HCPC Registration with no restrictions.
  • High level of understanding of governance within imaging.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of imaging procedures at a senior level.
  • Risk management and audit experience.
  • Knowledge of RIS/PACS management and IEP systems.
  • Excellent clinical, customer service, and IT skills.
  • Flexible, can-do, and patient-focused attitude.
