Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Central Services Assistant to join our team at Booths. As a Central Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Central Office, Stores, and Suppliers with a reception service, ensuring a professional image and offering a warm welcome to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Central Office team with administrative tasks, including taking orders for customers from our Christmas book.
- Offer a warm welcome to our customers and provide a professional image at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the Central Office team to ensure seamless communication and support.
