Development Officer for Inclusive Youth Programs

We are seeking a highly motivated Development Officer for Inclusive Youth Programs to join our team. As a key member of the Active CADS programme, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a range of activities and programmes that promote inclusivity and accessibility for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Main Duties:- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and external partners.
- Plan and deliver activities and programmes that meet the diverse needs of children with SEND.
- Work closely with internal teams to source and manage suppliers for sports, leisure, and health activities.
- Mentor and develop coaches, activity providers, volunteers, and agency staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- A competitive salary of £33,000 - £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
