We are currently supporting a university based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for an ER Lead on a temporary to permanent basis. They are looking for a candidate to start the first week of October, offer hybrid working (3 days working from home) and are paying an hourly rate of £35-£45ph depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in managing employee relations and knowledge of UK employment law and future trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and execute change projects to ensure they are managed to a high standard and the necessary policies are in place.
- Monitor, analyze and report on employee relations data and identify appropriate performance metrics and interventions to improve the employee relations climate.
- Build ER capability across the department, working with the ER team and others to manage and monitor the type, complexity and volume of ER cases with a view to diagnose and advise.
- Scan the external environment to identify changes in policy, economic and other social issues which may affect trends in employee relations and proactively anticipate issues.
- Experience of talent management and developing complex succession management plans.
- Project management skills with experience of successfully developing and managing complex change programmes and projects.
- 3 Days Working From Home.
