Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in the Thames Valley area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties, including handling tenant inquiries, coordinating property maintenance and repairs, conducting regular property inspections, and deposit returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lettings process, including marketing properties and progressing new tenancies
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Process deposit returns and handle any associated paperwork

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in property management, preferably with a lettings background
  • Knowledge of local property market and regulations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and repair processes
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Interviews will commence immediately, and salary and packages will be negotiable based on experience.
