About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Estate Management Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of developments in Slough and the surrounding area.

You will have experience of block management and will be responsible for setting initial yearly budgets, agreeing year-end accounts, and managing all major works including coordinating contractors.

You will also be responsible for managing all resident and client enquiries, providing excellent client stewardship, and attending resident meetings.

Additionally, you will conduct regular site inspections and ensure that all properties comply with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of developments in Slough and the surrounding area
  • Set initial yearly budgets and agree year-end accounts
  • Manage all major works including coordinating contractors
  • Manage all resident and client enquiries
  • Provide excellent client stewardship
  • Attend resident meetings
  • Conduct regular site inspections
  • Ensure all properties comply with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar property management role
  • Ability to form excellent professional relationships
  • Eye for detail
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • IRPM qualification (ideally)
