Senior Property Manager

Centrick is an award-winning property management company with a portfolio of over a billion pounds of property assets. We are seeking a Property Manager to join our Estate Management Team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of developments in Slough and the surrounding area, with experience of block management.
- Set initial yearly budgets, agree year-end accounts, and manage all major works, including coordinating contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Form excellent professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in a similar property management role.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately on our IT systems, with excellent spelling and grammar.
