About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Specialist to join our team in Preston. As a Live In Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, enabling them to live comfortably and safely in their own homes.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks according to client preferences
- Provide companionship and emotional support to alleviate feelings of loneliness
- Maintain a safe and clean environment within the client's home
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Qualifications and Skills:
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £20,000 per annum, plus a separate room to stay in and access to available amenities. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
