About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Hull. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs, providing personal care, teaching life skills, and encouraging independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Teaching life skills and promoting independence
  • Encouraging socialization and community engagement
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Participating in reflective practice and Positive Behaviour Support

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Resilience, flexibility, and composure in approach
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
