Teacher for Students with Special Needs

**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
Job Responsibilities:
We require an experienced SEN teacher to work with students with various special needs, including ASD, ADHD, PDA, SEMH, or PMLD, in a home or local centre setting.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to individual students' needs, incorporating core subjects or life skills.
- Utilize your skills to enhance pupils' confidence and self-esteem.
- Manage challenging behaviours effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Possibly participate in outdoor activities, such as gardening or nature walks, to promote students' engagement and learning.
Essential Qualifications:
A valid enhanced child workforce DBS and experience working with SEND students are mandatory for this position.
