Homecare Administrator Position

At Chilworth Care, we strive to deliver exceptional homecare services across a wide area. We are currently looking for a dedicated Care Administrator to join our team in High Wycombe. This full-time position involves working 35 hours a week (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) with rotational on-call duties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and I.T skills, along with an exceptional telephone manner. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. The role requires the ability to ensure all employee records are compliant with CQC standards, support recruitment checks, and perform various administrative tasks.
