**Job Overview:** We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Elderly Care Assistant to join our team at Byron House Care Home in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

As an Elderly Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-to-one support to residents, assisting with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of individual care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team
  • Supporting residents with their daily routines, including serving food and helping with mealtime

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided
  • Able to work varied shifts, including days and nights
