The role of Digital Growth Director is a key position in our team. As a Digital Growth Director, you will be responsible for generating new business deals, managing sales pipeline, and establishing a “trusted advisor” relationship with clients. Your exceptional communication skills and understanding of the B2B sales cycle will enable you to close deals across various audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business deals through prompt responses to prospective clients, booking discovery calls, and uncovering pain points.
  • Managing the sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process: prospect, initial outreach, product demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Establishing a “trusted advisor” relationship to determine needs, build value, create engagement, and acceptance of Sopro service.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Commercially minded with an understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the types of challenges faced by business owners, sales, and marketing professionals.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in-house for a B2B technology business.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to close deals across a range of audiences.
  • Sales sharp with the ability to educate and take people on a journey.
  • Mature, consultative approach with natural authority in sales scenarios, guiding senior client stakeholders confidently through a slick sales process.
  • Able to run a well-organized pipeline.
  • Results-oriented with high commitment and positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit; passionate, persuasive, and inspiring.
  • Curious and keen to understand the “bigger picture” and gather information/make connections.
  • Experienced in relationship management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to achieve shared goals and proactive in contributing to the success of others.
