Network Operations Governance and Reporting Manager

At IAG GBS, we are seeking a visionary Reporting and Governance Director to join our team and drive sustainable transformation within our network operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing effective governance practices and ensuring compliance with IAG standards.



  • Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and processes to monitor performance and alignment with IAG standards.




  • Collaborate with IAG Tech and the business to ensure effective communication channels between the network operations team and management.




  • Monitor supplier service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with performance standards and collaborate with vendor management to address service issues and enhance service quality.




  • Oversee employee training, performance records, and development to ensure staff members are well-versed in network procedures and industry trends.




  • Develop and maintain detailed governance documentation, including network reports and records.




We are looking for a professional with a strong background in governance and reporting management, ITIL v3 Practitioner or greater, and project management certification (e.g., PMP). Experience in capacity planning activities, network monitoring tools, and familiarity with major network equipment vendors is highly desirable.
