Job Summary:

Tonic Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Adult Care Operations Manager to lead our Supported Living service in Morecambe, Lancashire. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest levels of support enabling them to live independently and have rewarding lives.

About the Role:

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Supported Living service, including staff management, budgeting, and quality assurance. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of our care services.

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team of Service Managers in the North West, working collaboratively to achieve our company goals.
