**Project Leadership**

Chana Projects is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, management, and execution of projects related to the restoration, conservation, and adaptive reuse of heritage sites. As a Project Lead for Heritage Sites, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with conservation guidelines and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heritage conservation principles, including relevant legislation and regulatory bodies. They will also have proven ability to manage complex projects involving heritage sites, including budget management, risk assessment, and compliance with planning regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead multiple heritage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.

• Develop and manage comprehensive Project Execution Plans, project programmes/schedules, and risk registers using tools like Microsoft Project.

• Ensure all projects comply with heritage conservation laws and guidelines, liaising with local and national preservation bodies as needed.

• Establish and maintain strong project governance, including producing project documentation such as progress reports, site inspection reports, meeting agendas and minutes, risk registers.

• Manage the procurement process, including preparing tenders and coordinating with contractors, ensuring proper documentation of all contractual obligations.
