This role will be a key contributor to the company's pricing strategy, working closely with the commercial team to ensure customer needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Ensure customer needs are met by covering quotations, billing queries, and reporting

Provide pricing and rates to overseas partners, customers, sales representatives, and other offices

Quote on all shipments and tenders

Analyze quote trends and statistics

Create and maintain pricing tools (spreadsheets, database)

Inform the wider business of pricing updates

Provide technical pricing advice to the wider business

Projects work

Identify new product leads

Update systems (CargoWise, WWICs, GeoBid)

Ad-hoc pricing duties

Your Experience:

Experience within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry

Good knowledge of how the operations and pricing works

Ability to build strong supplier relationships

Hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)
