About the Role

We are seeking a Student Welfare Manager to join our team at Bolder Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to key staff in the promotion of student welfare and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to key staff in the promotion of student welfare and wellbeing;
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure effective educational provision and appropriate rates of progress and attainment for those students with additional or specific needs;
  • Work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and relevant external agencies to ensure high-quality pastoral care;
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
