Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pupils in a school environment and contributing to their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to SEN pupils in a school setting
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that pupils receive the best possible education
- Develop and implement strategies to support pupil progress, working closely with teachers and other support staff
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment, promoting the well-being and achievement of all pupils
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus the opportunity for career progression and professional development. Our team is committed to supporting each other and providing a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
