Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Primary School

In this role, you will work across KS1 and KS2 as a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. Your primary responsibility will be to support pupils within the school's well-resourced SEN provision. You will foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages social and academic growth.

We are looking for someone with prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role, who has a patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to education. The salary for this role is approximately £85-100 per day, making it an attractive option for those looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with teachers and other staff to meet individual needs and help build confidence, resilience, and independence in the pupils you support.
