SEN Inclusion Specialist

We are seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to join our team at a specialist school in Southwark. As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to students with Autism and Social Communication difficulties.
About the PositionThis is a unique opportunity to join a specialist school that is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for students with complex needs. You will work closely with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support system for students and contribute to the development of innovative educational programs.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- To plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of students with Autism and Social Communication difficulties.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support system for students.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant teaching qualification and experience of working with students with Autism and Social Communication difficulties.
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including:
