**Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to delivery executives and solution owners to create innovative network solutions and offerings that meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-level designs and architecture overview documents that exceed customer expectations.
  • Produce estimates, including bills of materials, licensing, and effort, based on chosen methodologies.
  • Collaborate with lead bid architects and solution owners to define designs that meet customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable design experience in proposing and utilizing technologies from various industry-leading vendors.
  • Previous experience working with customers to derive requirements.
  • Experience in requirements management and associated tooling.
  • Previous experience working on bids and/or large and complex changes.
  • Solid understanding of various network and routing protocols.
  • Experience with network management or SIEM designs, tooling, or support.
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and approach to defect resolution.
  • SDWAN experience is advantageous.
