About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Platform Architect to join our team at iO Associates - UK/EU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure platform architectures for our clients in the Defence & National Security sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for platform architecture and threat mitigation
  • Support the review of High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for coherence and quality
  • Align standards, frameworks, and security with business and technology strategies and policies
  • Support the design of platform architecture elements
  • Architecture and development of secure Hardware & Software solutions
  • Writing technical requirements and producing detailed solution architectures
Technical Requirements
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Voice & Video Conferencing (Skype for Business, SIP with TLD federation)
  • UK Defence deployed network architectures
  • Database Services (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
