Physiotherapist in Palliative Care

Hospice UK is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our specialist palliative care team, providing expert care to patients living with life-limiting conditions.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist to work as part of our multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes, in-patient units, and day services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care to patients, empowering them to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide education and guidance to patients' families and carers to support their loved ones.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience as a physiotherapist.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to empathise with patients and their families.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage your workload efficiently.
The salary range for this position is £48,000 - £58,000 per year, based on experience. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. A clean driving licence and access to a car are essential.
