About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team at Pacifica, one of the UK's largest providers of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances.

As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes. You will work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers, using your expertise and product knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues.

You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector and have up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.

What You Will Receive

We offer a competitive salary with quarterly wage increases based on performance, up to a maximum of £55,000 per annum. You will also receive a bonus scheme, company van, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE.
