About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing domestic appliances in customers' homes. You'll work collaboratively with our teams to deliver exceptional service, using your expertise and product knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes

  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Meet productivity and quality targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector
  • Up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
