Are you a Personal Trainer looking to take your career to the next level? JD Gyms is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Fitness Career Developer. As a Fitness Coach and Self-Employed Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and prepare for the next steps in your career.

As a Fitness Career Developer, you will be employed by JD Gyms on a part-time basis, completing 3 x 4-hour shifts as a Fitness Coach. You will also have the opportunity to run your self-employed Personal Training business from the gym, giving you access to thousands of leads in the form of current members and new members that join on a daily basis.

We offer a range of industry-leading benefits, including a contracted salary above the national minimum wage, annual leave allowance, and funded First Aid qualification. You will also have access to one of the fastest-growing member bases in the fitness industry, making it easy to build your business.

Our dedicated PT Business Support team will provide you with business courses, insight, advice, and coaching to help you build and run your business. You will also have access to discounted CPD courses with industry experts and free in-club advertising.
