We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Fitness Career Developer to join our team at JD Gyms. As a Fitness Career Developer, you will have the opportunity to develop your personal training career in a dynamic and award-winning gym chain.

About the Role

As a Fitness Career Developer, you will be employed by JD Gyms on a part-time basis (12 hours a week) as a Fitness Coach, with a monthly salary. You will also have the opportunity to run your self-employed Personal Training business from the gym, giving you access to thousands of leads in the form of current members and new members that join on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and gym floor member interaction.
  • Lead gym inductions and teach engaging group exercise classes.
  • Develop your leadership skills and prepare for the next steps in your career through our management career progression programmes.
