Salary Information

The hourly rate for this position is £11.92 for daytime shifts and £14.17 for nighttime shifts, with opportunities for higher rates as you progress through our company.

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and care to our residents, helping them to develop essential life skills and promoting a sense of community and belonging.
