Finitas is seeking a highly skilled Binding Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of new and existing lineslips, bureau submissions, and policy documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process new and existing lineslips, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Xchanging practices and policies.
  • Process bureau submissions and address queries related to Xchanging, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Work closely with clients and brokers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of the insurance market and Xchanging practices and policies.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word to support operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on FCA Compliance requirements and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Manage workload effectively, working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external parties through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Binding Technician.
  • Experience in producing MRC slips.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of the insurance market and Xchanging practices and policies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
