Job Title: Autism Team Lead


About the Role:


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our Autism Outreach Service. As an experienced manager, you will oversee a team of support workers who provide person-centered care to individuals with autism and complex needs.


The successful candidate will have significant management experience in a similar setting, with at least 3 years of experience delivering support to people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.


Key Responsibilities include assessing new referrals, developing comprehensive support plans, coaching and mentoring staff, and ensuring the service delivers high-quality support that meets individual needs and outcomes.
