Care Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Potens. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with mental health diagnosis, learning disabilities, and autism in our 8-bedroom residential service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with their activities and interests within the service and out in the community.
- Provide limited personal care and prompting as needed.
- Work independently, multitask, and prioritize duties to ensure the highest standard of care.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to cover shifts, including waking nights.
