  • Deliver professional services for all contracts
  • Respond to routine and planned maintenance works
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to deadlines
  • Assist in new installations
  • Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plumbing
  • Uphold Data Protection Policies
  • Participate in overtime when required

  • Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy
  • Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety
  • Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
  • Observe & follow all manual handling practices

  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
  • Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
  • Experience in construction or plumbing and heating industry
  • Demonstrate experience working on Social Housing contracts
  • Full UK Driving License
