About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Connect Transform Sustain (CTS). As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our clients across Belfast and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional plumbing services to meet client expectations
- Respond to routine and planned maintenance works
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to deadlines
- Assist in new installations and diagnose and repair faults on systems and plumbing
- Uphold Data Protection Policies and participate in overtime when required
Health and Safety
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policy at all times
- Report any accidents or issues regarding health and safety appropriately
- Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
- Observe and follow all manual handling practices

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
- Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
- Experience in construction or plumbing and heating industry
- Demonstrate experience working on Social Housing contracts
- Full UK Driving License
