About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Connect Transform Sustain (CTS). As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our clients across Belfast and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional plumbing services to meet client expectations
  • Respond to routine and planned maintenance works
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to deadlines
  • Assist in new installations and diagnose and repair faults on systems and plumbing
  • Uphold Data Protection Policies and participate in overtime when required

Health and Safety

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policy at all times
  • Report any accidents or issues regarding health and safety appropriately
  • Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
  • Observe and follow all manual handling practices

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
  • Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
  • Experience in construction or plumbing and heating industry
  • Demonstrate experience working on Social Housing contracts
  • Full UK Driving License
