About the Role

At EKFB, we are committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects that improve lives and communities. We are seeking a skilled Handover and Completions Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our Twyford to Greatworth (T2G) section of works.

This role will involve overseeing handover, completion, and commissioning activities within the Calvert Area. You will work closely with Senior Project Managers and the Project Quality team to achieve technical assurance sign-off and collaborate with the Land team to develop and deliver a programme for land restoration and hand back.

Key responsibilities will include monitoring readiness using a 'T minus' approach, providing weekly reports to the Project Director and Handover and Completions Director, and identifying blockers and issues early to suggest solutions and enable corrective action.

About You
  • Degree (or equivalent) level qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Extensive experience in project execution with a strong background in handover, completion, and commissioning activities
  • Experience working on major infrastructure projects
  • Experience in the management of QMS
  • Experience of Technical Assurance (CRT's)
  • Experience in Network Rail AMP process, GRIP, and/or PACE process
  • Full driving license required
